Chocolate Pots De Crème


Prep Notes

Use Organic Products whenever possible

Ingredients

2 Cups Chocolate Chips

(Guittard are high quality chips and are gluten free

I prefer milk chocolate chips but use as dark a chocolate as you enjoy)

3/4 Cup Whole Milk

1/4 Cup Butter

Directions

  1. Place chips in blender or food processer container
  2. Heat Milk and butter together in small saucepan over low heat while stirring, just until the mixture begins to boil
  3. Immediately pour the hot liquid into blender or food processer container.
  4. Cover and blend at high speed until smooth, about 1 minute
  5. Pour into dessert dishes and child at least 3 hours until set
  6. Garnish, if you wish
This is rich, creamy and simple and satisfies chocolate lovers.
